Malta

Located in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, Malta consists of a strategically significant archipelago. Boasting a favorable climate, stable political environment, welcoming population, low crime rate, and high quality of life, Malta makes for an attractive destination for residence or a second home. This island country has a rich history of foreign rule by various powers, including the Phoenicians, Romans, Greeks, Arabs, Normans, Sicilians, Swabians, Aragonese, Hospitallers, French, and British.

In addition, Malta features a range of architectural and historical landmarks, including three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum, Valletta, and seven of the world’s oldest free-standing structures.
