Eligibility Criteria

- All applicants should not have been refused entry to the Schengen or UK regions in their previous visa applications. In case of a rejection, applicants must reapply and receive approval before applying for any Caribbean programs.
Eligible dependents requirements

Steps
- Step 1: Take advantage of the free consultation with AZUR CBI.
- Step 2: Prepare the necessary paperwork and documents required to obtain the nationality.
- Step 3: AZUR CBI will certify, translate, and attest the required documents and complete the application
- Step 4: AZUR CBI will send the documents and application to the designated legal consultant in St. Kitts & Nevis.
- Step 5: The designated legal consultant will submit your application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit in St. Kitts & Nevis.
- Step 6: Submit your application form and pay the required security inquiry fees; if opting for the real estate option, it’s essential to reserve your desired property. Please note that the real estate investment can be refunded in case of a rejection.
- Step 7: The government will issue the necessary inquiry report and will accordingly make a final decision.
- Step 8: Once your application is accepted, you will be required to make the donation payment, or if choosing the real estate option, then you must pay the balance of the purchase process.
- Step 9: Receive your nationality certificate and passport upon approval.
Costs
Individuals seeking Citizenship and a Passport from St. Kitts & Nevis through the Citizenship Program have the option to invest either in the Sugar Industry Development Fund (SIDF) with a minimum investment of US $250,000 or in an approved real estate project with a minimum investment of US $400,000.
