Eligibility Criteria

Main applicant requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • Good health
  • No criminal record
  • Successfully pass due diligence checks
  • Receive approval by the government
  • Confirmed investment sources
  • Interview required
  • All applicants should not have been refused entry to the Schengen or UKregions in their previous visa applications. In case of a rejection, applicants must reapply and receive approval before applying for any Caribbean programs.

Eligible dependents requirements

  • Spouse of the main applicant
  • Adult children (biological or adopted) under 30 years of age
  • Parents above 55 years of age

*Parents and children older than 18 must be dependent on the main applicant.

Steps

  • Step 1: Take advantage of the free consultation with AZUR CBI.
  • Step 2: Prepare the necessary paperwork and documents required to obtain the nationality.
  • Step 3: AZUR CBI will certify, translate, and attest the required documents and complete the application.
  • Step 4: AZUR CBI will send the documents and application to the designated legal consultant.
  • Step 5: The designated legal consultant will submit your application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit in St. Lucia.
  • Step 6: Submit your application form and pay the required security inquiry fees; if opting for the real estate option, it’s essential to reserve your desired property. Note that the real estate investment can be refunded in case of a rejection.
  • Step 7: The government will issue the necessary inquiry report and will accordingly make a final decision.
  • Step 8: Once your application is accepted, you will be required to make the donation payment, or if choosing the real estate option, then you must pay the balance of the purchase process.
  • Step 9: Receive your nationality certificate and passport upon approval.

Costs

The Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Act of 2015 allows eligible individuals and their families to apply for Citizenship by making either a donation to the National Economic Fund or invest in real estate.

1) Donation – National Economic Fund (NEF)

Make a cash donation to the government escrow account of the National Economic Fund:

  • Single Applicant: US$ 100,000
  • Main Applicant and Spouse: US$ 140,000
  • Each additional dependent: US$ 15,000

2) Real Estate Investment

Invest in real estate through one of the government-approved real estate asset classes: freehold property with title deed,  hotel shares, or fractional ownership or land.

Minimum Investment: US$ 200,000 plus additional government fees
